Soap Making Workshop

From the aromatic scent of olives in our olive grove to the variety of flavors and unique characteristics of olive oil, we will explore the beauty and diversity of this precious liquid gold. We will embark on a journey to explore the magical paths of traditional soap making, where we will combine old traditional recipes with a few drops of new knowledge.

We will learn how from the precious extra virgin olive oil and pure ingredients, we can create natural soaps that nourish our skin. As an example, we will learn how to make traditional olive oil soap, as well as soap with oils that offer rich lather, and soap with natural dyes.

Along the way, we will engage our senses as we taste four different varieties of olive oil and gain a deeper understanding of how to accurately identify the positive properties of extra virgin olive oil. We will use terms such as “fruity”, “bitter” and “spicy” to learn how to properly evaluate different olive oils.
